We’re a love letter to the places that time forgot: the chrome-trimmed diners where the coffee never ran out, the corner bars with the cracked vinyl stools, the nightclubs whose dance floors smelled like cigarette smoke and possibility, the family-owned restaurants where the waitress called you “hon” and remembered how you liked your eggs.
